Art Bosphorus Contemporary Art Fair 2011, one of the most important art events in Istanbul, opened on April 28th at Fulya Fair and Congress Center with its renewed management and understanding.

Since its opening in 2009, CDA Projects Gallery which is situated on Istiklal street in renowned Misir Apartment which focuses on art’s contemporary production and applications and helps innovative art to reach wider audiences, took its place in this promising fair with its 15 artists.

With their striking and provocative characters Aysegül Sagbas, Elif Varol Ergen, Gülin Hayat Topdemir, Evren Sungur and Hossein Edalatkhah; with the contemporary approach they bring to figurative painting Asli Torcu, Levent Morgök, Ferhat Deniz, Özgür Korkmazgil; with the paint-meaning relation they skillfully build Seçil Erel and Burçin Basar; with their experimental approach to material Burçak Bingöl, Firat Neziroglu, Meltem Sirtikara; and with his innovative works focusing on digital possibilities in artistic expansion Selçuk Artut were all represented by CDA Projects at Art Bosphorus 2011.
