CDA-Projects is situated in the heart of Istanbul on the busy Istiklal Street. It opened its doors in the prestigious Misir Building in 2009 and has focused on Turkey’s contemporary art scene ever since. CDA-Projects’ mission has been to provide a platform for established and emerging artists to showcase their talents. It has been its goal to make accessible the artists conventional and non-conventional methods for expression to an ever widening audience. CDA- Projects, organizes yearly “Young, Fresh, & Different” shows that are becoming more desirable each year among young artists. This juried selection, the gallery wishes to encourage young artist to respond this open call so that establishing a gallery tradition. Apart from the solo exhibitions of its represented artists from Turkey, the gallery attaches importance to collaborate with international artists and galleries.
